Meet Morgan
Morgan Mackenzie, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker | Therapist
While I love working with clients of all ages I am particularly passionate about empowering young adults in their late teens, 20s, and 30s to reclaim confidence, happiness, and fulfillment, despite the challenges of low self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship struggles.
I intimately understand the many obstacles that can hinder personal well-being at these stages of life. With empathy and expertise, I guide clients toward understanding the root causes of their struggles – whether ingrained thought patterns, unproductive behaviors, or past traumas. My aim is to provide tailored support and equip individuals with the knowledge and tools needed for lasting positive change.
As a dedicated therapist with a Master’s level education and a background in Health Science, I offer a holistic approach to mental health, considering the varied emotional, behavioral, and social factors that keep people from feeling their best.
By integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-focused care, I customize treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
